deposits & cancellations

In order to ensure availability of treatments, please make appointments in advance. We require a 50% deposit for treatments above $50.

Out of consideration for other clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Any appointment incurring no contact prior to treatment or no show will forfeit gift voucher or booking fee.

attire & belongings

Dress comfortably with minimal jewellery. Various treatments require different levels of undess. We will provide you with a robe or gown. Please respect the privacy of all clients by using a lowered voice and turning mobile phones and pagers off or to silent while in the studio.
